Tumawid sa sobrang cheeesy!

Earlier today, I walked my way to Lee Plaza from my usual parking place along Silliman Avenue. The weather was pretty cool when I stepped out of the house, but the moment I arrived across the university, the sun came out, dazzling me with its sudden brightness. The previous rains didn't help either. The heat plus humidity was very uncomfortable. I felt sticky and gross.

So there I was, walking on the wrong side of the road when I noticed a familiar silhouette up ahead, and he had an arm candy to boot who also looked particularly familiar. I shrugged my thoughts of. I didn't trust my eyes since I've been committing a lot of mistakes with identifying people. But when I got really close, I knew I was right. The guy was my neighbor. He was the son of the man who owns a sari-sari store a few houses from where I live. I often see him in our subdivision. When I buy coke, he is usually the person who answers my ayo's. And interestingly, he had this gorgeous artificial-color haired woman ogling at his manliness from his side. It was a funny sight. I knew the girl from way back when a friend of mine introduced her to me during one of my usual beer-soaked Fridays. I remember her. And now here she is clinging to my neighbor who I never talk to except when I buy coke or hair gel, linking her alabaster arms around his muscled one. I gave a quiet chuckle seeing the two of them together like this. This guy was someone I never thought had the chance to mingle with the hot chicks from my batch(he's a batch younger). And here is this ilonggo chick with her airy, nose-held-high character who thinks she's very hot, but really, she doesn't think at all. She's just random, and blah, she is just too je ne sais quois.

I am a fast walker, and I didn't want them to see me, because I'm paranoid like that. So when I got really, really close, I decided to cross the street instead and completely avoid their lovey-dovey aura. They were completely absorbed with each other. Well, at least that's what it looked like. People no longer existed around them. Their bright smiles and awkward glances were too much to look at. I think they felt like they were floating on air.

The moment I was on the opposite side of the street, I over took them. I gave a curious glance to where they were, although just for a fleeting moment. To satisfy my giggling head. I finished doing my errands and went out of Lee and remembered that I saw them once before entering the guy's house in my neighborhood. I wonder what they were doing. I'd be surprised if the guy actually got in her pants, or surprised the girl allowed herself to be there. It's just weird. I can't take the circumstances. Kasi sobrang Cheeesy! :D
