In an earlier post, I said about how ambitious I was. But to think that I am able to confidently plan my next few years down to the exact date and time of the flights and the greens I need is commendable. I think. Well, I'm pretty sure I'm doing the right things at this moment for sure spots. I'm not yet entirely convinced though that a stint in foreign countries while still in college will look good in the eyes of application monsters. I think they need to see tangible results of my education. That is why I've been bending my back over volunteer works and assistantships just for the added touch of a good-looking cv. Experience is worth a billion points for the fellowships and internships panel. I just hope my standing efforts will be enough to get me into that fellowship, and then that added fellowship will be good enough for that internship. That is, if their respective applications don't overlap. Hoping that after all of this, I am better equipped to finish my senior thesis and then graduate. And when I graduate, the things I've done will pretty much give me the ticket to the 2 masters I'm planning to finish somewhere out there. And against all odds, I might just be able to get into a PhD program within 10 or so years. Did I mention I'm ambitious?
By the way, I just noticed that I'm writing my 103rd post. REALLY. Word!
